I design and build backend systems from architecture to production — and lead the teams that ship them.

Hands-on: I write production code, review code, decompose tasks, mentor developers and keep delivery under control.

In short

  • Architecture to production. Microservices, APIs, payment and exchange workflows: designed, built and supported in production.
  • Integrations that misbehave. Payment, AML/KYC, trading and market-data providers: rate limits, unstable APIs, different data formats.
  • Legacy to modern. Analysed legacy services with limited or missing documentation and took part in migrating them to .NET Core and Go.
  • Teams. Led Agile teams of 5+ people: backend, frontend/mobile, QA and DevOps.

Selected work

Payment & Wallet Infrastructure PlatformSoftware Architect / Team Lead

A wallet and payment platform with exchange through external providers, liquidity sources and cross-chain infrastructure.

  • Owned the backend architecture for the direction and led the technical team.
  • Designed it on .NET Core microservices; built APIs, workflow services, exchange orchestration and provider integration layers.
  • Designed the operation lifecycle: creation, statuses, failures, retries, confirmations and external events.
  • Integrated external exchange providers, liquidity sources and blockchain infrastructure.
  • Led developers, DevOps and QA in an Agile workflow: code review, task decomposition, sprint and delivery planning, production readiness.

Forex & CFD Broker PlatformSoftware Architect / Team Lead / Senior Backend Developer

Backend infrastructure for a Forex & CFD broker: legacy migration, payment gateway, AML checks and collector services.

  • Analysed legacy services with limited or missing documentation and took part in migrating them to .NET Core and Go.
  • Designed and implemented a payment gateway with multiple deposit and withdrawal methods.
  • Built AML services for address, transaction and payment risk checks.
  • Built collector services that detect, process and collect incoming digital assets.
  • Wrote a significant amount of production code before the team expanded; later acted as architect and team lead: code review, technical decisions, task planning, quality control.

Digital Asset Exchange / Trading PlatformSenior Backend Developer

Backend services for a digital asset exchange: APIs, AML integrations, market-data processing and trading infrastructure for multiple external providers.

  • Built a market-depth service that synchronises order books from multiple CEX providers.
  • Developed trading services for order execution, status handling and provider-specific logic.
  • Developed backend APIs for exchange flows, user operations and internal services; integrated AML providers for address, transaction and risk-score checks.
  • Worked with rate limits, unstable provider APIs and different market-data formats; improved reliability through logging, retry logic, error handling, service decomposition and production support.

Trading Automation & DeFi InfrastructureSenior Developer

Worked on arbitrage and trading bots for liquidity pools and decentralised exchanges: smart-contract integration, on-chain execution logic, gas optimisation, token-launch mechanics.

How I leadAgile teams of 5+Backend · Frontend / Mobile · QA · DevOps

My leadership style is hands-on: I stay close to architecture and code, help with difficult implementation details, investigate production issues, and still keep team delivery under control.

  • Task decomposition and technical planning
  • Sprint planning, backlog refinement, delivery tracking
  • Code review and engineering quality control
  • Mentoring developers
  • Architecture decisions and technical ownership
  • Coordination with product and business stakeholders
  • Release planning and production readiness
  • Investigation of production incidents and legacy systems
